I’m a working sonographer and echo department supervisor with 30 years of experience across large tertiary hospitals and small private practices. Over that time I’ve standardized protocols, improved imaging and reporting workflows, trained staff, and helped labs prepare for accreditation.This work isn’t theoretical. I still scan, still deal with the same systems and daily headaches you do, and still care about whether a change actually works in a real lab instead of just looking good on paper.
